Wishes reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. You will be emailed your receipt, pick up tracking information and details regarding your order.

Stock Availabilty

Products sold on Wishes are subject to availability and can go out of stock at anytime. Gift items can go out of stock before they are purchased. 


Wishes will attempt to ship all merchandise within five business days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Dependent on the location of the manufacturer in which your item was purchased from, lead times can range anywhere between 1-5 business days for locally sourced items or 4-6 weeks for internationally sourced items. For items with lead times greater than 5 days, the lead times will be specified in the description. Wishes will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We only offer returns and exchanges on defective items. We understand that sometimes an item is defective and needs to be returned and exchanged for a new one. Merchandise purchased from Wishes may be returned within 5 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and be in new condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing support@wishesgh.com. Wishes will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return. Actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Returns must be deemed defective and approved before an exchange is approved.  Claims received after 5 days of delivery will be subject to respective vendor warranty policies. 

Full refund if item is not received..

A purchased item from wishes cannot be refunded in cash, items can only be exchanged 

Returns and exchanges will only be considered if:

  • Product is in its original condition and unused
  • Product is not damaged by customer
  • Product is not edible or perishable
  • Product is not personalized, bespoke or made-to-order
  • Product is not a sale item
  • Product is still in its original packaging
  • Product is complete and has no missing parts/components
  • Product is still sealed, except if the product is damaged or defective
  • Product label is still attached

Shipping-related charges are not refundable. You will incur all new shipping-related charges.
Gift cards are not refundable.

Order cancellation

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

User Warranties

In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.
